Today was no exception.I am becoming more and more enraged with Irctc with each passing date.WHY THE HELL CANT THEY INCREASE THEIR STUPID BANDWIDTH???After making payments on 3 occasions the browser rendered the Service Unavailable error twice,although the Bank approved the transaction yet the ticket wasn't booked.Once it just stuck with some encrypted texts in the address bar.Had to send my brother as backup to the Booking Station.Man the issue is becoming more & more worse and it takes 3 or 4 days for them to send the money back to my bank account.Everytime they are deducting multiple transactions from my bank account & I don't want to give away my hard-earned money just like that.Try some other way to Extort money from us Irctc.If you can't give proper service then either PACK UP YOUR WEBSITE OR DELEGATE THE AUTHORITY TO OTHER BOOKING SITES WITH FULL PRIVILEGES.
