postheadericon Weird Mouse Fix For Windows

This issue arises if Enhance pointer Precision is enabled in your Operating System.To Fix this,go to Control Panel>>Mouse>>Pointer Options Tab & then Uncheck the Enhance Pointer Precision.Now your Screen should Look like this:
                                                    There that oughta Fix it!
